"Our little princess, Mikey Moon Trainor, has finally arrived in our lives, all thanks to our amazing surrogate who is truly a superwoman," Trainor expressed in her heartfelt post. She went on to convey her deep appreciation for the doctors and medical teams who facilitated this incredible journey for her family, emphasizing, "We are eternally thankful for everyone involved in making our dream come true."

Additionally, she shared that her health journey began after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes during her pregnancies. "Since I was pregnant, I’ve been on a path to better health," she revealed. "It started when I learned I had gestational diabetes, and I realized I needed to prioritize my health and fitness."
She continued, "If I want to sustain my touring career, I need to be in top shape. Plus, I want to be able to lift my kids from their cribs without straining my back."
