Training and Probation:
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 49-week pre-commission training program at the Officers Training Academy in Chennai. Upon successful completion, officers will be placed on probation for six months. All officer cadets who pass will receive a prestigious Post Graduate Diploma in Defence Management and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras.
